Great location and convenient streetcar stop just a short distance away. The newly remodeled hotel provided clean and nicely decorated rooms. The fine view overlooking the Bosporus was a definite highlight of the stay. the indoor pool and sauna were a relaxing way to unwind after a day of exploring the area.
The front desk staff was unhelpful and rude, offering little assistance or directions when needed. The size of the rooms was quite small, although this was properly represented in the hotel's information.

The location was excellent, with easy access to the train station and trams. The room I stayed in had a wonderful view of the sea from the 8th floor, a pleasant surprise. The restaurant on the same floor had a good variety of delicious meals at reasonable prices, and the waiters were attentive and efficient.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, and location close to historic areas of Istanbul. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, with fresh sheets and towels provided daily. The hotel offered a variety of facilities that added to my comfort and convenience. the location was ideal, as it was near public transport, including the tram, and close to the main historical monuments. This made it easy for me to explore the city's rich history.

The staff were polite, room was clean and tidy, daily big bottle of water provided, discount given for last day, delicious Turkish 'bal-kaymak' recommended for breakfast buffet, great location near historical places and shops.
